If you're a student-athlete on this page looking for information regarding your own NCAA "eligibility" or compliance information as a student-athlete, please visit the NCAA Eligibility Center at www.NCAAeligibilityCenter.org.
As we have since our inception in 2001, Next Level Recruiting is fully compliant with NCAA eligibility rules and operates under NCAA bylaw 220.127.116.11., which states,
“Recruiting Services" and Agents:
A prospect may allow a recruiting service or agent to distribute personal information (e.g., high-school academic and athletic records, physical statistics) to member institutions without jeopardizing his or her eligibility, provided the fee paid to such a service is not based on placing the prospect in a collegiate institution as a recipient of institutional financial aid.”
Next Level Recruiting is also fully compliant with the new Legislation, Bylaw 18.104.22.168, which regulates Recruiting or Scouting Services.
College coaches can observe any and all prospective student-athletes via video (e.g., our professional productions, live streaming online video, recorded video) since Next Level recruiting makes all videos produced available to the general public on our website and all services, including video, are free for all college coaches to access through our site.
Abiding by all of the NCAA's rules and regulations is not only something that's very important to us as a business working with high school student-athletes, but it's also something we coach all of our athletes and families on as well. The NCAA recruiting process can be very complex and it's important to have experience in your corner when navigating through your once-in-a-lifetime process! And that's exactly what we aim to provide across every aspect of this process with you.
