Earl Prince - President of Recruiting Operations
Coach Prince is a graduate of Hebert High School where he participated as a 2 year varsity football player helping his Beaumont Hebert Panthers win the 1976 Texas State Championship as a senior and is also a Desert Storm Veteran. Coach Prince has worked the past 15 years helping Student-Athletes get recruited to play college sports and his main objective is to see them succeed in the classroom as well as on the field and become productive citizens.

Vance Bedford – NLR Sr. Recruiting Consultant
Coach Bedford is an ex-NFL Player and Coach that graduated from Hebert High School where he participated as a 3 year varsity football player earning him 1st team All State honors as a DB and was a member of the 1976 Texas State Championship he is also an alumni of the University of Texas-Austin where he was a four-year letterman and starter at cornerback as well as the defensive captain earning two-time All-Southwest Conference honors as a DB. Coach Bedford last served as defensive coordinator at the University of Texas at Austin for head coach Charlie Strong. He was previously the defensive coordinator at the University of Louisville, where he also served under head coach Charlie Strong. He has served as defensive back coach at the University of Florida under Urban Meyer. He previously served as defensive backs coach under Lloyd Carr at the University of Michigan. He served in that same position for six seasons with the Chicago Bears, and also served two seasons as defensive coordinator at Oklahoma State University-Stillwater. Liz Fuller – Video & Profile Operations Mgr.
Liz is a graduate of Mesa High School, Mesa Arizona where she participated as a 3 year varsity player in Volleyball earning her 1st Team All State honors her Senior year. Liz graduated from Vanderbilt University with a master’s degree in Communication. Liz's primary responsibility is to ensure we produce quality highlight film that we know College Coaches need to make a decision on a prospective recruit.
Javon Brown – Houston Area Recruiter
Javon is a graduate of Lamar University, where he obtained his Degree in Kinesiology. Having experienced the college recruiting process first hand, Javon's dedication to helping Student-Athletes with the recruiting process is unparalleled.
Adam Prince – VP Marketing and Athletic Communications
Adam is a 2017 graduate of Brennan H.S. where he earned two time All District honors in football and a Navy veteran, Adam is committed to helping Student-Athletes achieve their dream of a higher education while playing college sports.
